Online Booking Security:

When you make an appointment online, no payment is required upfront. However, we kindly ask for your card details to secure your reservation. Your card will only be charged if there is a late cancellation or a no-show.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

We operate on a 24-hour notice policy for rescheduling or cancellations. If you need to make changes, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or email.

Late Changes and No-Show Fees:

• Changes with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a 50% deposit deduction.

• If you change the service to a lesser value with less than 24 hours' notice, the original price still applies.

• Failing to provide 1-hour notice before the appointment or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the booked service cost.

Late Arrivals:

If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to extend the full duration of your massage due to time restrictions. You will be required to pay the original service price.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

In situations beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, we will make every effort to contact you promptly.

Strictly Non-Sexual Service:

Our studio strictly provides non-sexual services.

Any inappropriate requests or behaviour will result in the refusal of service without a refund.
